Nature of Leadership (1/2 module)
Transforming Conflict (1/2 module)
The first half of this module helps Pastors and Leaders to reflect on the nature of Christian leadership. It explores specific issues in the life of a local church, such as weddings and funerals.
The second half of the module helps Pastors and Leaders to develop a basic understanding of conflict and how good processes of mediation can be resourced in particular situations.
